Instructions to Newport from the Galveston ship channel 29º 18'05.62" N and 94º 50'07.00 W. Property is located off of the GIWW alternate channel. Green channel marker number 3 is located approximately .7 nautical miles west of the pelican island bridge. Turn south at the marker and property is approximately .5 nautical miles ahead. Line up with the ranges on land. Property has 1000 feet of concrete bulkhead.
